The Services are hosted in Spain. These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, applicable to agreements made and performed within Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration, except for disputes expressly excluded below.
Binding Arbitration
If the parties cannot resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute, except as expressly excluded below, will be finally and exclusively resolved through binding arbitration under the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Except where otherwise required by applicable law or AAA rules, arbitration will take place in Princeton, Texas. The arbitration may be conducted in person, by document submission, by telephone, or online.
Restrictions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the parties individually. No arbitration may be joined with another proceeding, conducted on a class-action basis, or brought in a purported representative capacity.
Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration
The following disputes are not subject to the informal negotiation and binding arbitration provisions: disputes concerning intellectual property rights; disputes involving allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and claims seeking injunctive relief.
13. CORRECTIONS
Information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information at any time without prior notice.
14. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services or their content are accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or harmful components.
15. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAILPRO PDR SOLUTIONS LLC AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Nothing in these Legal Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hailpro PDR Solutions LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, violation of applicable law, violation of third-party rights, or harmful conduct toward another user.
17. USER DATA
We may maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for purposes of operating and managing the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services.
Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for data that you transmit to the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or corruption of such data.

20. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS
