Born in Brazil and raised in Portugal, Maylon developed an entrepreneurial mindset early in life. In 2016, he launched his first automotive business, marking the beginning of his journey in the industry.

With international experience across Spain, Switzerland, France, Emirates, Germany, and Australia, he has refined his technical skills and professional standards in some of the most demanding markets.

In 2024, he co-founded Hail Pro with a clear vision: to build a company driven by discipline, consistency, and high-level execution.

Jonatas Alves

Born in Brazil and raised in Spain, Jonatas entered the PDR industry through his family, building a strong technical foundation from an early stage.

With over 10 years of experience, he has worked on international projects, continuously developing both his technical and operational expertise.

As co-founder of Hailpro, he plays a key role in operations and growth, bringing consistency, responsibility, and a strong commitment to results.

Verônica Cardoso

Operations & Documentation Coordinator

Born in Brazil, Verônica moved to Europe at the age of 15, where she began building her professional path working directly with people. She developed strong skills in customer relations, organization, and documentation management.

Over the years, she has specialized in structuring processes and managing administrative operations, ensuring that every detail behind the scenes runs with clarity and efficiency.

In 2024, she played an essential role in supporting the foundation of Hail Pro, contributing to the operational and organizational backbone of the company.
